Carla Zampatti offers a sophisticated shopping experience and stands by the quality of every garment; if your selection is not quite right, we accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and security ribbons intact.
Initiate Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included to prevent processing delays.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
